How are Nesuli’s Neon lights made?

Nesuli Neon signs are handcrafted by our qualified professional team. With low energy LED tube and latest technology, we ensure you will receive a high-quality, long-lasting neon sign. Each custom neon sign is made from sturdy acrylic backing instead of breakable glass. The luminous glow comes from eco-friendly LED lights inside instead of gas/mercury.

Is there a warranty on my Neon Signs?

All new signs from Nesuli Neon Signs come with a manufacturing warranty that protects your signs from all possible damages. In addition, it comes with a 2 Year warranty on all electrical components. There are options for replacement based on the source of the damage.

Do you provide free samples of custom neon products?

Yes, we offer mock designs of neon products that resemble the near-to-realistic custom neon products over email. These free samples give an idea to select the best design for your neon sign and get it designed accordingly.

What material do you use in your Custom Neon signs?

LED flex mounted on high-quality acrylic is used to manufacture neon signs. LED flex is made up of SMD, cased in the PVC or silicone tubing, and powered by Ul / CE certified adapters.

Which service levels do you offer?

We offer dedicated customer services that assist you with all LED neon signs. Our team keeps a strong follow-up with all customers, from creating designs to the reliable delivery of your product. It is readily available for any query or issue resolution.

Are your neon lights waterproof?

While our traditional neon signs are meant for indoor use, we can create especially resistant signs that can withstand rain and harsh outdoor conditions.

When my order will be shipped?

  • We will process the order within 1-2 business days after payment.

How long does it take to get my order?

  • On average it takes 10-15 working days for your order to arrive from dispatch. Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Why are there multiple charges on my card for a single order?
